About WeDepart

WeDepart is a trading brand of THE WEGROUP ENTERPRISE LTD, company number 16684390, registered at 114 Welshmans Hill, Sutton Coldfield, England, B73 6RS. The website is presently a travel-deal discovery and referral service.

We do not take the booking

Unless a specific page expressly states otherwise, WeDepart is not the travel provider, package organiser, merchant or contracting party. We do not take traveller payment, issue tickets or booking confirmations, or claim that a booking is protected by WeDepart’s own ATOL or ABTA membership. The named provider controls inventory, final price, booking terms, protection, amendments, cancellations and fulfilment.

Combined trip totals

WeDepart may organise separately sourced flights, accommodation, car hire, transfers or extras into one itinerary and show their prices added together as a combined comparison total. That display is not a single WeDepart booking or payment. Unless an expressly named authorised package or merchant partner takes responsibility for the whole booking, each component is contracted and paid for separately with its named provider. Separate bookings may have separate cancellation rights and may not carry the same protection as a package.

WeUnderstand transfer service

WeUnderstand accepts enquiries from people seeking help with an existing booking they cannot use and from people interested in eligible pre-booked travel. Submission does not create a listing, sale, reservation, guarantee or right to travel. A booking may be promoted or matched only after WeDepart has screened the seller’s authority, the original provider’s transfer rules, deadlines, name-change costs and material restrictions. The original organiser or supplier must complete or confirm the official transfer.

Any asking price, WeUnderstand service fee, provider fee, payment route and applicable protection must be disclosed before either party commits. WeDepart will not collect buyer payment for a transfer until an appropriate regulated payment and marketplace arrangement has been approved and activated. Sellers must not list the same booking dishonestly, suppress a cancellation or insurance claim, or provide false or misleading information.

Deal information and double checks

We aim to screen dates, airports, local times, flight numbers, sectors, baggage, transfers, accommodation, board basis and mandatory costs twice before enabling a booking handover. Travel inventory changes quickly. You must recheck every material detail and the final GBP total on the provider’s website before paying. A disabled or demonstration card is not a live offer.

External links and advertising

External websites are operated by their owners. A link is not a guarantee of availability or an endorsement of every product they sell. Commercial links will be identified in line with our affiliate disclosure. You are responsible for reviewing the provider’s terms, privacy notice, financial protection and official travel advice.

Complimentary extras

Any lounge access, transfer, baggage, credit, upgrade or other complimentary benefit is included only when expressly shown as confirmed for the deal. The named provider or benefit partner controls eligibility, availability, fulfilment, expiry and restrictions. Recheck the benefit at provider checkout and retain the written confirmation.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may use the site for personal holiday research. Do not interfere with the service, misuse deal data, scrape at a disruptive rate, circumvent security, or reproduce WeDepart branding or editorial content without permission. Third-party names and imagery remain the property of their respective owners.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, WeDepart is not responsible for a provider’s acts, omissions, insolvency, price changes or performance of travel services. These terms are governed by English law; the courts with lawful jurisdiction will determine disputes.

Before payingConfirm the provider, passenger names, exact dates, all flight sectors, baggage, accommodation, board basis, transfers, total price, cancellation terms and applicable financial protection.
