Booking position

WeDepart currently operates as a deal discovery and referral service. Unless a provider agreement expressly states otherwise, WeDepart does not form the travel contract, take traveller payment, issue booking confirmation or claim ATOL/ABTA protection. The named provider’s checkout and terms control the booking.

Advertising disclosure

Where WeDepart has a commercial relationship, the deal and link will be clearly labelled “Ad”. WeDepart may receive commission from the provider after a qualifying booking. This does not increase the provider’s displayed customer price.

Privacy at handover

The on-site review tool operates on the traveller’s device. It does not ask for card, passport or sensitive traveller details. Personal information is supplied directly to the chosen provider under that provider’s privacy notice.
