The commercial model
We propose a tracked cost-per-acquisition or agreed revenue-share arrangement. WeDepart turns a traveller’s bespoke brief—departure point, dates, party, destination style, board basis and cabin class—into a qualified opportunity. The provider remains merchant and contracting party, receives the customer at its own checkout, confirms the final price and protection, takes payment and manages the booking.
Our source-orchestration request
We are seeking provider-approved API, inventory feed, white-label, affiliate and deep-link access. The WeDepart engine compares whole packages with separately sourced flights, hotels, car rental and extras, records which sources were checked, and builds one transparent GBP trip comparison. Each component retains its named supplier, current checkout link, restrictions and verification timestamp.
Attribution and payment
Reporting can include deal ID, campaign or sub-ID, click date, booking status, departure date, net booking value, cancellation status and commission due. Validated commission is reconciled on the provider’s statement and paid by invoice or compliant self-billing, as agreed in writing. WeDepart will not add an undisclosed percentage to the traveller’s checkout total.
WeDepart Extra: a provider-funded value layer
Alongside commission, we invite partners to make a defined benefit available to qualifying referred customers at no purchase cost to WeDepart. This may be a lounge pass, transfer, baggage allowance, breakfast, resort credit, room enhancement or upgrade subject to availability. The partner controls eligibility, fulfilment, limits and booking conditions. WeDepart markets an extra only after the agreement is signed and the benefit is confirmed for the relevant booking path.
WeUnderstand partnership pathway
WeUnderstand is our premium assisted route for existing bookings that a traveller can no longer use. We are seeking referral, marketplace, verification and regulated-payment relationships with specialist platforms and original providers. The current research and partnership target list is TransferTravel, SpareFare, Transfer My Trip, Plans Change, Roomer Travel, reTrippr, SpareHolidays, DLIA, RoomRefund. Inclusion is not a claim of affiliation.
Our preferred integration confirms transfer eligibility, source ownership, permitted listing fields, original protection, name-change deadline and exact supplier fee before any opportunity is published. Buyer funds must not be released to a seller until the official transfer is confirmed through an approved process.

- Named commercial and compliance contacts, invoicing details, payment terms and cancellation treatment.
Our quality controls
